You can practice playing the rhythms along with play-along tracks on the web site at 5 different speeds, ranging from slow (needs a lot of control) to extremely fast (needs a lot of technique).  It is a good idea to also practice along with a metronome so that you can increase your practice tempo by small increases until you reach your next speed goal.

This video shows you web rhythm 2 played at 120 bpm which is right in the middle between silver (100bpm) and Gold (140 bpm)
