Great Hands for a Lifetime
The skills that we need to be able to play the warm up routine are
1. Rebound Strokes
2. Accents (using down strokes or as John Wooton calls the, - controlled strokes)
3. Rebound double Strokes
In this first video we revise the four basic stroke types which we will need to play the the accents.
This video will help you with your double stroke roll or as Tommy calls it - Long Roll
The whole routine at 130bpm. It you watch the video at 75% that make it about 100bmp which is a pretty good play to start. Then practice along with the metronome gradually speeding it up until you can play along with the video at full speed
