Accents (using down strokes or as John Wooton calls the, - controlled strokes) 3. Rebound double Strokes Accents In this first video we revise the four basic stroke types which we will need to play the the accents. Rebound doubles This video will help you with your double stroke roll or as Tommy calls it - Long Roll The whole routine at 130bpm. It you watch the video at 75% that make it about 100bmp which is a pretty good play to start.
